It is so easy to rush through life. We are all incredibly busy; we have places to be, people to see, things to do and we are so fixated on the next thing that we often speed through our days and miss out on the special in between moments. I am guilty of this, and I've decided to make an effort to constantly remind myself that the journey is just as important as the destination.

I so agree - hard to remember this and DO it. The 365 challenge, and blogs (seeing what others pay attention to) and walking are helping me live this more fully. Great collection of shots.
